Bookings & Cancellations Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with me. Each piece is deeply personal and created with care, time, and energy. This policy outlines how bookings, deposits, and cancellations are handled to ensure a respectful and smooth process for both of us.
1. Booking a Session

All tattoo sessions are by appointment only.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

Deposits confirm your commitment to the time and energy dedicated to preparing your design and reserving your session.
2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance.

Your deposit can be transferred once to a new date, subject to availability.

If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
3. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling or fail to show up, your deposit will be lost.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited.
5. Design Finalisation

All conceptual designs are unique and tailored for you. Minor changes may be accommodated, but major alterations will require additional time and may incur a fee.

Designs are usually shared a day before or on the day of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Health & Consent

You must be over 18 to be tattooed.

Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your session.

A consent form must be signed prior to tattooing.
7. Touch-Ups
-
One complimentary touch-up is offered if required, within 3 months of your tattoo, provided proper aftercare was followed.

Touch-ups for hand/finger tattoos or tattoos affected by negligence will incur a fee.
